The rental agreement guarantees your guests the exclusive use of the ground floor of The Manor House and its surrounding grounds. Maximum capacity is 250 people.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to reserved date.
One week prior to reserved date we require a final guest count. Any additional guest will be charged on a per person amount based on services rendered and agreed upon at the time of final guest count.
We do not apply a service charge.
If you do not want to use our vendors, you may use your own at no additional charge, however our on-site planner is required to coordinate.
Q: Can you recommend nearby churches?
A: There are churches of nearly every denomination located within minutes of The Manor House:
- Calvary Episcopal
- Mt. Vernon United Methodist
- First Baptist Church
- Sacred Heart Catholic Church

- St. John’s United Methodist
Q: Do I have to use your vendors?
A: No. We believe your day should be special and unique to you, therefore while we are delighted to handle everything from start to finish, we are also more than happy to work with the vendor(s) of your choice at no extra charge. Our onsite planner is required to coordinate even if you are bringing your own.
Q: What is the Maximum occupancy?
A. The occupancy allowances are as follows:
- Wedding Receptions: 250
- The Corporate Suite: 30
- Corporate Room B: 15
Q. Do you offer on-site lodging?
A. No, however there are several accommodations nearby.
